Whole sea bass steamed with ginger or lemon flavoured sauce, mushroom in a light stock, enhancing the flavour with lime juice, chilli and Thai herbs . (This is a house recommended dish)

Chicken marinated in honey and spices then grilled, served off the bone with Thai sweet chilli sauce.
